Ashutosh (Ashu) has nearly 15 years of experience in multi-modal corridor planning studies, data driven planning techniques, travel demand model development and forecasting, traffic projections, transit ridership estimates and New Starts analyses. In addition to his extensive use of a variety of travel demand forecasting software packages, Ashu continue to use ArcGIS, statistical software packages and various programming languages for applied and research purposes.
Ashu’s work experience includes developing or updating travel demand models for numerous metropolitan regions across US. He has helped FTA develop and refine data-driven tools such as AARF and STOPS. Utilizing his data analytical expertise, he has managed the development of several in-house data-driven tools for traffic and transit service planning applications using traditional and big data sources.
Ashu manages CTG’s south Florida office.
