Matt brings an informed blend of transit operations knowledge, traffic engineering and socio-economic analysis to his transit planning work. He has worked on and managed a variety of short range transit restructuring projects and longer-range major investment corridor projects.
Matt’s planning background provides him with a thorough understanding of developing a service plan concept that addresses a project’s identified transportation needs. His engineering background provides him with an understanding of how to take that project from concept to reality.
Matt is certified through the American Institute of Certified Planners and the State of Ohio as a Professional Engineer.
