With more than 25 years of public and private sector transportation planning experience, Milbrey has worked on a variety of transit projects with an emphasis on developing transit service plans for both short- and long-range projects.
Her short-range projects include Transit Development Plans, Comprehensive Operations Analyses and Transit Feasibility Studies, primarily in the southeast and mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S. Her long-range project experience (including FTA Section 5309 New Starts projects) encompasses corridor studies of BRT, LRT, streetcar and commuter rail.
Milbrey is certified through the American Institute of Certified Planners and is a member of the American Planning Association, the Georgia Planning Association, and the Georgia Transit Association.
